All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail either 1st or 2nd class, depending on your choosing.
Please note that we will not be liable for missing or delayed packages. We aim to prep, pack, and ship your order within 1-2 days, once it has been processed. All orders are sent with a tracking number, however, due to COVID-19, some local sorting offices are still experiencing backlogs which can delay your package arriving on time.
Please allow 3-5 working business days for arrival, once your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for any damage after your parcel has left the Post Office. But we will do everything within our power to rectify a situation, should it occur.
Should there be any mistakes or changes to your order, address, or email address please contact us straight away and we will try to rectify this within the processing time.
We, unfortunately, do not accept refunds, but we can accept exchanges. We will issue you a credit note to use within our online store. Please refer to our size guide before placing an order.
